How does Permanent Jewelry work?
You will pick out a chain from our current collection for your bracelet, anklet, or necklace. If you have a specific style in mind, please send us a picture!
The chain will be sized to your preferred fit. Your chain will be weld closed! This is completely painless and safe. There is a spark during the process so we ask you to look away or wear our safety glasses.
What happens if I have to cut it or it gets caught on something and pops off?
With every piece purchased, we offer two complimentary reattachment. If the chain is not in good condition (stretched beyond repair, or has multiple breaks), a new chain will need to be purchased. After the 2 free repairs, there is a $15 reattachment fee. We do not replace lost chains.
